We want you to love your color, but if you are not completely satisfied with your Overtone purchase, we offer easy returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your unused products in their original box or a similar mailer, ensuring the new shipping label is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
